How to Add a New Language File

Step 1: Create a directory such as "zh_tw" under the "languages" directory, then copy web.lang.php from zh_cn into it.

Step 2: Log in to the DouPHP admin panel, go to "System Settings" -> "System Languages" and select the language you just added.

Note: because the admin panel is in Chinese even for English sites in domestic usage, switching the admin language is not yet available.
